I ordered an item month ago, I still haven’t receive them. And gescan even change my order’s quantity but I am still paying the same shipping fee. Anyway, where is my order?

Excellent, fast service - called into local store, item not in stock there, but associate located product at another store, suggested online purchase to expedite, received item within two days.

Good service, I enjoy the convenience of ordering online and picking up at store. I wish pricing was better for people who dont have a account yet. I would shop more at gescan if the pricing would be...

Looking good - really like it. Still a little slow but getting better. some searches are still not intuitive enough... some items choose brand name first and others not ?

Online pricing and ordering is nice. Free Shipping would be better.

This is the first time I dealt with Gescan and was assisted by Branch Supervisor Justin Lau. He was courteous, helpful and handled everything very professionally. Great company to deal with.

Very convenient and simple service to use. Only issue is for small items like straps or staples , the drop down quantity menu does not show the options available in bulk lots.
