Great customer service. Prices are a big high.
Great response when my order had missing parts. It would have been better if they had noticed that the parts were missing to begin with (you can tell through the package). I will still shop at Gescan...

Gescan website not ready for prime time.
There are products listed on your web pages that are only available for online ordering. It took me a phone call to find that out - why don't you say this on the page.
