order took forever, came incomplete and no one ever contacted us about any of this.
Now we're still waiting for parts to complete our job. poor!

Ordering online is a pain.
Descriptions on web site are not very good for most products. Some are even for the wrong product.
Searching is very difficult as well. Lots of choice which is good, but not enough filters to narrow...
