I placed an order days later I got an email saying my payment was being returned my order wouldn't be fulfilled no explanation beyond that. So my experience sucked

No Stock
Placed two different orders for products, they couldn't fill either order and just cancelled and refunded.

Worst service I’ve ever received the product was lasted wrong when I ordered as a single item of hundred feet but then customer service lady just said I have to order as 100 unit they need to change...

Excellent site, has what no one else did
I couldn't find this item anywhere and then this site came up and had exactly what I needed at a great price. Shipping was a bit pricey but fast. Will use again if needed. Highly recommend

An enquiry about returning defective merchanise was ignored. A significant number of lamps in the shipment did not work. I would like to have them replaced - but no luck.
