Our order took 12 days to get. We were lied to about shipping. Poor.
Staff lied about the shipping date and when the lie was brought to light, they stated “what do you want me to do about it?”

The 60A breaker we received looks used and the labeling on the device is coming off. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Poor csr
I made N order, it was then cancelled by the csr with no substitute recommendation. I believe the internet price was wrong and that was why it was cancelled. Very dishonest
