Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am sorry to hear of the delivery delays you experienced with your new vehicle, and appreciate you acknowledging that this was not our fault. I can see from your file that the agreement did need to be re-submitted due to the long delivery delay you experienced. I will need to put our hands up to the further delay that you experienced. I can see that this came to light when your new vehicle was due to land with us and we had to arrange for Lex to load your vehicle back onto the system to allow us to re-submit the documents before we could arrange delivery with you. So for this I would like to apologise.
