We can see that James placed the order with the supplying dealership after the credit approval had been received from the lender, which is correct. As part of our process, once the vehicle has been ordered with the supplying dealership, your vehicle order will be passed over to our Customer Service team who will check the availability of your ordered vehicle with the supplying dealership or manufacturer and provide an updated estimate for delivery, the customer service team will process the finance documentation and arrange delivery once the vehicle has arrived in stock. Our apologies you were not made aware your order would be moved to another department to be processed, we will discuss this process in our next board meeting.We will relay this message to the appropriate department and customer service representative.
