The lady on the phone was sympathetic but nothing else was offered to me so whilst I've paid for 3 plants I've got only one. Reluctant to order anything else now.

I am sorry to hear that the package was damaged.
According to the note left by the person you spoke to, you said that all three plants should recover, so you'd give them a go - calling back for a replacement if they don't pick up?
As stated, we'd be more than happy to replace the damaged ones if they don't survive... Let us know.
