Fantastic Customer Service very prompt

Service was good. I prefer to order and do click and collect, it's more convenient for me. If need be once you pick them up you can try them on, then return straight away if it's not suitable.

It was okay buying the product but it proved impossible to exchange for a smaller size

Excellent delivery and return service. Photos on web are not great though.
