Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. It is very disappointing to read that you were not entirely satisfied with the goods due to the change in size of this product and being a product that you have been ordering for a long time. The description has been updated on our website to show these changes which is that the towel is now 40cm by 40cm instead of 30cm by 36cm , however the specifications of this towel has remained exactly the same. We have been very transparent on our website to these changes in order for our customers to make an informed choice. I apologise if you felt this was not dealt with appropriately , however my colleague was purely trying to explain that the towels although now larger in size were indeed the same specifications as advertised on our website. All correspondence was also responded to and an email was sent to you on Monday 9th June 2025 offering collection and a full refund on the goods straight away if you no longer required the product. Your email was sent Saturday 7th June 2025 . It is disappointing to hear that you no longer wish to continue purchasing from Galleon Supplies as you have been with us for many years.
