Thank you for your feedback on your recent order for Galleon. The main feature of this product is for it to be Eco friendly which means no plastic wrapping as seen in the key features on the website (Panda soft features plastic free packaging with all of our panda toilet paper so it is reusable and 100% recyclable). Unfortunately we are unable to control weather conditions , however this should not effect the delivery or product as deliveries are signed for or left in a safe dry place upon request. If for any reason any of our deliveries are inadvertently left unattended and became water damaged we would address this accordingly.
