Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I was very disappointed to read that you have not received your goods in a timely manner. I have responded to your email today to advise that we have resent your goods today with a different courier for delivery tomorrow 18/12/25. Unfortunately the original order is still at the couriers depot and showing no signs of movement .
