Poor communication

Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry if you felt communication was poor. You did email us, but your email appeared to make it clear that the email was for reference only and you were not wanting a reply. Nevertheless, we did actually post you a touch-up pen as a goodwill gesture after your email. Also, we would of course have been happy to have replaced the item for you given it appears to have had minor courier damage, but as you say, you decided to keep it. Thank you again for the feedback.

Difficult to build
Item took an age to arrive, very little communication, though did let know item would be late shortly before expected arrival date.
Item very heavy and looks nice on completion, however for the money...
