Dear David, Thank you for your review and we are so sorry you feel this way. Your TV unit had a faulty drawer runner and we got back to you within 20 minutes of you reporting this to us. A new runner was immediately ordered for you, but as explained, these are a special order from Italy which is why it has taken a few weeks for this to get to you.
