I'm so sorry you've felt the need to leave negative feedback. I've now looked into this for you and I can see that you returned the item using your own carrier to do so who smashed a large section of the glass. Even though this was the fault of your carrier, Alexander and Pearl still kindly refunded 50% of the cost even though no refund was due.
