I was not aware that the order was passed to a third party and some confusion arose when there was a payment issue with PayPal. This could have been made clearer.

I'm so sorry that there was a problem with delivery of this order. I understand that Beliani has been in regular email contact with you about this but unfortunately the issue is with the logistics company bringing this across from Germany which has resulted in this being delayed.
