We do advise that two strong, able-bodied people are available to take delivery of our larger items, as deliveries are made to the kerbside only. This is outlined at the point of order and in our delivery information, but we completely appreciate that this can still be challenging depending on access and circumstances. We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the bed itself, and we’re very sorry the delivery aspect let you down.
