This is a lie, none of the emails you are sending back to me are make any sense, apparently missing parts were sent on the 23rd December, 3rd January and now the 8th January despite me only chasing you again today for the (9th January) why would you send out another set when you supposidly sent them out twice already? Your not sending them through a company you an track them with which makes no sense as i could track my origianl items. When was the forth set send? today? this is totally unacceptable and is getting beyound a joke now. I rather a refund someone and collect your ssehelves at your own cost and ill use a reputable company that wont tell me lies in every email sent.
