Where particular words such as "rustic" and "natural features" have been repeated, this is simply because the meaning and relevance of those terms did not change throughout the course of our conversations. Our product pages, website information, and sample packs all aim to set accurate expectations, showcasing that due to the nature of our solid wood products, characteristics such as splits, cracks, knots, and variations in grain and tone are not only possible but celebrated as part of their unique charm. These rustic features are the very heart of our business and heavily advertised across all of our platforms. While we are genuinely sorry you were disappointed with your experience, we cannot be held responsible for natural features appearing in our furniture when they are such an intrinsic part of our products and identity.
