We do make sure to be transparent with details about delivery and returns which are on our product pages, as well as being in our terms and conditions. After purchases are made, we also follow up with an email explaining what is next. We do use a third-party courier company and we do advise we use a doorstep pallet delivery on your Order Confirmation.
