Our aesthetic is all about embracing the natural beauty of the wood we work with. Each table is unique and full of character, with natural timber features like splits, cracks, knots, and shakes. These imperfections are part of the charm of our signature rustic style. We did advise that we can't guarantee a perfectly flat top, as we embrace the natural characteristics of solid wood in our designs. We understand that our rustic style may not be for everyone, but we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect the beauty of nature. I appreciate your comments about us not offering a free returns service however as per our Returns Policy, we don't provide a free return service and this information is available on our website.
