They handled a previous claim well but they were unable to negotiate any renewal discount for loyalty or the fact that I insure 2 properties with them

Found Fresh a very good service when I once needed to call on them for advice and so have agreed to stay with them for another year .... BUT then my premium was taken out of the bank - TWO WEEKS...

Gave good service and polite

Polite, rang back as they said they would. I felt as if they were really trying to get me the best deal. Apologetic when they couldnt get me standard flood cover even with a letter from flood...

Poor service cancelled policy and they still took full payment on the renewal date.
