Realy friendly staff and it's good to deal with a UK broker. They are also part of the government flood insurance scheme and not all insurers seem to participate in this.
When I called to confirm my renewal I needed to discuss a price increase which I wasn’t too happy with. The problem was sorted out quickly and I was happy to proceed.
