We tried to call you on two occasions in order to help you with any questions you may have, but unfortunately we couldn’t get hold of you. All information about how to make a claim is easily accessible through our website directly from the menu ‘Members’ --> ‘How to make a claim’ and in the Freedom Your Choice policy summary sent to you with the email confirming your policy details and also with the policy certificate by post. All other documents related to your policy are available in the Documents Library on our website. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
