They have rejected the claim without even reviewing the history of my medical records which is ridiculous. They should do a formal investigation before proceeding anything. Also I needed to follow up...

I can confirm that the policy documents were sent to your broker on Monday (3rd June) following your Friday (31st May) application, within the promised 2 working days. We understand your broker received your documents on Wednesday (5th June), but we are unable to ascertain if these were sent on to you on the same day. As a matter of process, we have resent the documents directly to you today.
In relation to your 14 days cooling-off period, this only starts from the day you receive the documents, so rest assured that this delay won’t affect your customer rights. We apologise once again for any inconvenience caused.
