Hi, Many thanks for your feedback, this is always very important to us to ensure that we continue to improve the service we provide our customers. I'm sorry to hear that there was some damage to your package on opening and that one of the items was not returned to the packaging correctly after inspection. I will bring these issues to our warehouse managers attention so we can look to provide additional training to the staff involved with processing your packages.
