If packages are sent under a tracked courier services, the corresponding tracking numbers or sender details would also assist you with identifying the full contents descriptions of your packages from your previous orders with the seller. I have updated the pre alert on your account to request content images for any of your packages that do not offer courier tracking or sender details in order for you to fully identify the contents of your packages and I will monitor to ensure the processing team follow your requirements for identifying the contents of each of your packages going forward.
