Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you are having delivery problems with your Fortean Times subscription. I can see you have contacted our Customer Care Team and they have extended your subscription to compensate and verified your address. Although the issues are being dispatched on time (start issue 02.12.21) due to severe mail delays and being based overseas, we would expect your print copies to be slightly delayed at this moment in time and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The second issue of your subscription has now also been dispatched, please let us know if you continue to experience delays or if the copy does not arrive and we will be happy to send a replacement. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your subscription and the copies are being dispatched on time. The first issue was 02.12.21. Given the current postal delays and the fact that you live overseas we would expect the print copies to be delayed. I have extended your subscription by a free copy to compensate. Hi David, Thank you for your review, so sorry to hear your issue was delayed. Although the copies are being dispatched on time, once they enter the postal system, they are on occasion subject to postal delays.
