Not good. I've told you guys three times that i need a copy of insurance, for you to fax it to 5862706439. And you dont really care if i lose a account. FAX IT TO ME PLEASE

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Steve! We will get that faxed over right away. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding. Generally it is our policy to remain paperless, and you can access your insurance documents at anytime by logging into your account on the website. However, our staff is very able to fax over a copy. We will use this incident as a training tool to make sure our staff is properly trained in faxing documents. Thank you again.

The whole process was very easy. The program was recommended by an incubator kitchen which I'm member of. So I didn't need to worry about the company's competence.

The insurance is fine, I'll rate for real when/if I have a claim as that will determine how good the company is.
