I have an exceptionally easy time renewing the account
I felt the website was very easy to use. There were people available on the phone to help me with questions that I had. The overall process was easy and fast. I felt the rates were reasonable.
They did not tell you once you buy their insurance, you can't cancel the policy like auto insurance. Not good. Should be able to cancel anytime and refund partial money! It's better that way.

We're sorry to hear that our policy didn't work out for you. It's true we don't issue refunds for policies. When you pay, you are insured for the entire year.
