Thank you for your feedback, its great to hear that clients are enjoying the FlyDirect flights from Guernsey. We apologise for the 30 minute delay on your return journey, this was down to mandatory crew rest hours and we hope that this doesn't discourage you from flying with us again

Thank you for your email, I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty in finding your shared transfer at Majorca airport, our TUI representatives are always on had to assist whilst you are away. I can see you contacted our offices whilst you were away and we cancelled and refunded your return transfer so that you could make your own arrangements. We hope this doesn't deter you form booking a future flight or holiday with us at FlyDirect on another occasion.
