Thank you for your review, I am unsure of what information you required, if it was flight departure information this was sent to you the week prior your departure via email? I can see no transfers were added to your booking so unsure if it was transfer information you were looking for. It is great that our TUI representation service were able to assist whilst you were away and if you do wish us to look into anything further please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Thank you for your email , I can only apologise that when I was responding to the Feefo reviews this morning I did not see that you had booked transfers, that is why I questioned this in my reply. This was an oversight on my side, and I am glad the TUI rep could help you obtain the return transfer information whilst you were in Majorca. I am sorry that you had issues with the "Get My Pick UP" website and I hope this will not deter you from a future trip with us Many Thanks - Gina

What a wonderful review, thank you very much for all of your kind words and praises. It is fantastic to hear that clients really are enjoying the FlyDirect flight and holidays to sunshine destinations and we cannot wait to welcome you on-board a future trip!

Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to see one star awarded to us for product given that you had only booked flights on this occasion. Should you wish to travel with FlyDirect again in the future our team will be happy to advise on resorts and hotels that will suit the kind of holiday you're looking for.

Thank you for your feedback, we hope that you choose to FlyDirect on a future occasion
