Thank you for your feedback, we have instructed our ground handling partners in Spain to open check-in desks 2.5 hours prior to the departure time, and I can only apologise that that didn't happen. I will be investigating this further with the relevant teams. We hope you enjoyed your time away in Spain and that we will see you on-board a future flight with FlyDirect soon.
