Hotel was ok Food was disappointing we had been there before and the food was much better in the past

Already done so by way of e-mail to Fly Direct

Efficient and value for money with friendly helpful staff.

Thank you for putting on direct flights, it makes everyones lives so much easier and I look forward to flying with you again.

Faultless journey - would use again

As in my previous comment everything was very clear and easy
