Thank you for your review. We couldn't agree more with you. It is so convenient to travel direct to the destination and you're paying a bit more for that convenience. Otherwise, we're happy to hear that you had a great holiday in The Algarve :)

5-star review, 5-star experience! We're happy that your holiday unfolded smoothly, from the booking process to flying direct to/from Majorca. We look forward to welcoming you back on board :)

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you experienced an issue with seating and am glad that the crew were able to partially resolve it. So far as possible our passengers should always be allocated seats together as a group, however unfortunately on the weekend that you travelled there seem to have been some issues with this at Jersey Airport. We have already brought this up with Swissport who manage our check-in to ensure that it does not happen again. Unfortunately as a small business we are currently unable to offer a online check-in or a seat pre-selection system.

5-star review, 5-star experience! We're happy that your holiday unfolded smoothly, from the booking process to flying direct to/from Majorca. We look forward to welcoming you back on board :)

Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear there was confusion on check in as we have confirmation of your booking from the hotel. I'm glad to hear that there were able to find you a better alternative though in any case.
