All straightforward and on time. Nice plane. Good flight. The only downside was the check in took along time. The belt for the suitcases kept getting Stuck. **

Service was excellent. Plane was so comfortable. Flight left on time. Check in was painless. Staff were lovely and complimentary drink on board was a bonus. All round a great experience.

Both flights on time - return was early. Check in efficient - no issues with (slightly) excessive baggage allowance. Seat configuration (2-2) is so nice and makes a refreshing change. Yes - its more...

On time, comfortable plane and friendly welcoming staff
