Excellent service. Easy to use

We felt very safe, especially after having flown to Belfast with Flybe on the morning of storm Imogen. (Monday, 8 February). Your staff was efficient and courteous.

The flight was cheaper than on other sites which was a big plus for me. Although I don't know how I got priority boarding for that price and apparently was allowed extra luggage(which I didn't know...

I was advised that it was South Terminal when in fact it was North

Good. However, the waiting around and the journey to the airport made the journey length similar to the ferry trip.
