What I think really matters here is that you look at a series of floral arrangements. I selected one, and I picked the arrangement for the color. What was received was an entirely different batch of flowers and colors. The defense seems to be that I picked the delivery box and what flowers went inside were the florist's choice. While I received a £7 refund, it doesn't change the fact that what I ordered bore 0 resemblance to what was delivered, except of course, the box....
