Although the last order I placed was lost in the post, (no fault of Flowers Direct) the problem was dealt with most efficiently by Roxy Hartnett, thanks again Mr N Freeman.

The flowers were delivered exactly when they should have been and beautifully presented.

I paid for a fast delivery which was not done. I received no refund but flowers were ok.
