Yes, reservations are made by our local suppliers and it is their name that the hotels will recognise. Our comprehensive Holiday documentation always includes the local supplier's details.

Thanks for the review Dorothy. Yes, the exceptionally high-water in Passau made for an interesting start to the trip but I'm glad we got you there in the end.
