They answered their phone straight away, answered questions thoroughly, easy and quick to get the insurance we needed.
Contacted by email because the online quotation software was not functioning. Sent requested details by email and had a quotation VERY soon thereafter. UNFORTUNATELY dearer that our current insurer.

Thank you for your feedback.
It appears we had a few different email addresses for you which might be why you didn't receive renewal terms. I can confirm we now have the email address as per your request 04/01/2022.
On renewal multiple rating factors are taken into consideration, some examples include: the individual characteristics of a plan, location, claims in the area, the rise of catastrophes nationally has also impacted our reinsurance costs.
