We apologise that one of the 6 heaters delivered to you was incorrect. This was an isolated instance. We then tried various times to contact you to arrange re-delivery of the correct heater but were unsuccessful for a long time, hence the delay.

We are glad all six are now installed and hope that by now you are satisfied with the heating system and feel much more comfortable as they work to warm your home during the colder winter weather.
