We're sorry you feel as though our Team did not explain the thermostat thoroughly enough, however all of our Customer Care Team are trained with thermostats and can go through any settings with you over the phone. We also have a step - by - step guide to using your thermostat which has been put in the post for you this afternoon - we appreciate that there is a lot of information to take in on the day and you may not have needed to use the heater straight away.
