We're sorry to hear that your journey with us did not run as smoothly as our customers can typically expect, however as you will see from your order confirmation, no charge was made for the installation of additional power sockets and on the day of installation you and our installers agreed that the two existing double sockets would meet with your needs.

From reviewing the notes we hold for your account this matter was reported to us in August of last year and, after a visit from your own electrician, our team visited the property and rectified the issue.

We trust that, since your service call, you have been pleased with the performance and efficiency of your Fischer heaters and you have really noticed a real difference in the comfort levels of your conservatory.
