Actually I ordered 2 heaters The same size, yes from B stock which should have been a good fit as per the survey measurements which he got wrong, however the heater for the lounge came approx 12” above the window sill and across the actual window!! Whereas if he had measured correctly it would have been under the sill. It was a cold period and the fitters, fitted the bedroom heater in the lounge under the sill, and as a temporary measure put the larger heater in the bedroom to provide heat till the replacement had been made. I will point out the heaters are brilliant now but it wasn’t a pleasant journey to get there. I am thinking about water heating but I have slight reservations.
