Hello John, Thank you for your feedback which has enabled us to carry out a full audit. We apologise, you should have received letters to both places of residence and your holiday home however these were sent out from the office and seem to have got to lost in post with Royal Mail. As regards to turning of your night storage heaters, we apologise you should have been told this over the phone. The calls were audited and this was not said but feedback was passed on and further training has been put in place since. You have spoken to the installs manager about the installer not arriving, again this member of staff will receive further training and again we do apologise. As for the confirmation for the second install, as per your notes on your account we did send email confirmation and send correspondence to both addresses at your request. As for the £50 compensation, we can see from your notes, the installs manager agreed the £50 would come off your finance agreement however as we now know this is not the case and we can see that your £50 is being processed today.
