Good morning Thomas, Thank you for your review however we are very surprised to hear now from you as the last time there was any contact with you was 06/10/2018 which was a service call, you have not at any time said you were not happy about where the cable was running and your install was completed on 3/9/2018. Unfortunately our heaters are not night storage heaters and this should have been explained to you at point of purchase.
