I am sorry for the problems we've caused with this order. The rod was eventually delivered about a week after the order was placed which was too late for the customer's fishing trip and we replaced the rod shortly afterwards with another one due to a problem with the alignment of the rod rings. Mike from First Tackle pulled all of the stops out to rectify the courier companies problem. When I received the rod one of the eyes was out of line and Mike was very sorry and sent a replacement out straight away which I received on time. Mike also sent a gift too to say sorry for the inconvience the courier compant caused which he didn't have to do and it a very generous gesture.
I have used the rod twice now and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget spinning rod as it is head and shoulders above other rods in the same price bracket.
I found the communication from Mike to be first rate and would highly recommend using First Tackle to anyone out there. If on the off chance something does go wrong with your order you want a company that pulls all of the stops out te rectify it and this is exactly what Mike did.
