The lad was lovely and fixed the problem, he advised us on things we should ask our landlord to do. He also helped with finding another problem we had that needs fixing asap and reported it for us.

Proper nice bloke
Friendliest bloke, repeatedly informed me what he was doing and asked if I was ok as I’ve come down with something. Even made sure I had my keys on me before I left the house. Cheers pal.
