We are very sorry to read your disappointing review and that you were not notified of the visit in advance. We have an automated email that is sent to the lead tenant of the property when the job is assigned and a reminder email is sent the email before the visit. Upon checking with your managing agent, due to the changeover in tenancies and the age of the job, the previous tenant's details were attached to the job and subsequently were sent the notification. It is never our intention to visit properties unannounced unless there are emergency circumstances, and we trust that any further jobs that you instruct will be carried out in accordance with our automatic notifications process.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the service provided by FRM on this occasion. Notification of entry to the property was arranged by email from our office with your lead tenant. As one of the jobs was to replace a bedroom blind, it was necessary to enter that area of the property.

Service was efficient and all problems were solved pretty quick. Advice was given on how to use the blinds and TV and clear description of the issue was explained.
